Why I have started this blog
This blog will talk about everything and anything related to Lean Manufacturing. It will be a collection of articles, ideas, views, insights scoured through the world wide web. The need for the blog arose as I have started taking deeper interest in the family small scale manufacturing business. This blog will be my go-to reference and probably will be useful for others too.
I strongly believe that implementing "Lean" even in small bits across a business will help make humongous difference in the bottom line. As I go ahead with my foray into "Learning Lean", I will start posting my experiences too. I aim to post an entry every week thus keeping an even tempo to continue learning and adopting the concepts in our business. Time will tell how this all shapes up. I am sure it will be an enlightening.
